Depicting a scene from 'Esteemed,' by =Destiny-Smasher In this story, during young adulthood, Aang and Katara get married in the South Pole, near the remnants of the iceberg where they first met. It's a small, personal ceremony. Fire Lord Zuko hosts the ceremony and weds the two, while Sokka serves as Best Man and Toph is the Maid of Honor.

No, but he's the Fire Lord. I'm not really sure if priests need to conduct marriages in this universe. I don't recall ever seeing a priest, and not all parts of world conduct marriages the same way, especially back in older time periods. I figure Zuko's probably equipped to do this, one way or another, being the Fire Lord and all. If he isn't, it's just a personal ceremony, the technicalities aren't important.

Suki is not an important character in this story I have planned. Since the main series itself seems to imply she rejoined the Kyoshi Warriors to lead them and doesn't really spend much time with the Gaang anymore, that's the assumption I am running on.
